Chakki Atta refers to the flour made by grinding whole wheat between two stone discs. Saroj Agro Chakki Atta is made through the same process, and the two stone discs or grinders are called Chakki. Saroj Agro Chakki Atta is perfect for making Indian flatbreads like Naan, Roti, etc, but the damage that occurs to the starch during grinding is not good for western bread-baking.
