All Purpose Flour

SarojAgro Maida or Plain flour is finely processed wheat flour without any bran. SarojAgro Maida passes through a 4 step cleaning process and is unrefined and unbleached to ensure that the product is safely edible and doesn’t have any unnecessary chemicals. After separating the bran from the germ and endosperm, the endosperm of the grain is ground to a fine flour. It then goes through a series of quality tests to ensure that it is of the right texture and color.
